This CHARACTER SCULPTURE workshop will introduce you to the stages of sculpture, including armature building, and techniques for working in oven-bake clay.

With a wealth of teaching experience that spans over two decades and a background in the animation industry, Steve Millard is dedicated to providing top-tier visual art and drawing instruction.
In the animation industry, he produced work for diverse clients, including PBS, YTV, and the Warner Brothers Network, while employed at Nelvana Animation and 9 Story Entertainment. He also worked on the feature films “Beauty and the Beast : The Enchanted Christmas”, and “Peter Pan : Return to Neverland” as part of the Animation Department at Walt Disney Animation Canada.
In 2017, his sculpture work was chosen to be showcased by the juried publication annual “Spectrum 24: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art”
