Great illustration is not just about rendering or detail.
It’s about clarity, focus, and knowing how to guide the viewer’s eye.

If your artwork feels cluttered, confusing, or like “something is off,” this workshop will help you understand why, and how to fix it.

Through practical exercises and live demonstrations, students will learn the foundational principles behind strong visual storytelling and image-making.

Scott Cameron is a published illustrator, Governor General’s Award nominee, and experienced industry professional whose clients include Disney. His teaching focuses on helping artists understand the underlying principles that make images visually compelling, readable, and emotionally effective.
