“Anatomy for Artists” ONLINE Workshop focuses on elements that are essential for creative people hoping to achieve realism in their figurative works.
These elements include an understanding of the skeleton and human form, in terms of its proportions, construction, and muscles, that are grouped together by their function, allowing us to depict them in a way that reflects how they are actually seen in the living figure!

About your Teacher
Steve:
With a wealth of teaching experience that spans over two decades and a background in the animation industry, Steve Millard is dedicated to providing top-tier visual art and drawing instruction.

In the animation industry, Steve produced work for diverse clients, including PBS, YTV, and the Warner Brothers Network, while employed at Nelvana Animation and 9 Story Entertainment. He also worked on the feature films “Beauty and the Beast : The Enchanted Christmas”, and “Peter Pan : Return to Neverland”, as part of the Animation Department at Walt Disney Animation Canada.

In 2017, Steve’s sculpture work was chosen to be showcased by the juried publication annual “Spectrum 24: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art”
