Saffron Thornhill has this to say about what inspired her to study Animation and why she chose to attend Max the Mutt:
“I’m from Ontario, Canada. I’ve been drawing since I was little but hadn’t considered it as a career until my last year of high school when I made a big last minute switch from preparing to go into science, to art and animation instead. A friend had mentioned Max the Mutt during our final year of high school, so I looked it up initially for my younger sibling, but personally started to consider going after reading about how they approach teaching from the basics first. I’m currently interested most in 3D modelling, and rigging for both 2D and 3D, I also enjoy doing FX and character animation as well.”
